Weekly cashback payments under 638jl's VIP program are calculated on net real-money losses within the qualifying period, at the rate applicable to your tier. Cashback funds are credited every Monday and carry no wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated. Cashback is applied to real-money losses only — losses incurred with active bonus funds do not qualify for cashback calculation.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue formal resolution through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
